The services

Jazett provides an AI agent that answers your business phone and website using the information you give it. You remain responsible for the content of your knowledge base and the rules you configure.

The agent does not replace a professional: it gives no medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it directs emergencies to 911 or the right resource.

Account and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the access you give your employees.

Pricing, billing and trial

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Plans are monthly or annual and renew automatically until cancelled.

Call minutes beyond your plan are billed at the stated rate. The chatbot free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Jazett for unlawful unsolicited telemarketing, spam, fraud, illegal content or to mislead people about your business's identity.

You must follow applicable laws, including Quebec's Law 25, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and call recording rules.

Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Automatically generated answers can contain errors: verify important information.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Intellectual property

The software, the Jazett brand and the website content belong to Triacom. You keep ownership of your data and of your knowledge base content.

Governing law and contact
