The person in charge is Guillaume Théroux, Triacom, Longueuil, Quebec. For any question or request: guillaume@triacom.ca.
Information we collect
On this website: the information you send us in the demo form (name, company, phone, email, industry, message).
In our services: our customers' account information (name, email, company, billing) and the content processed on their behalf, such as calls, messages, appointments and chat conversations with their own customers.
Visit statistics: we measure website traffic in aggregate, without cookies and without advertising profiles.
Why we use it
To answer your requests and arrange a demo.
To provide, secure and improve our services, and to bill our customers.
To meet our legal obligations.
We never sell your information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Data processed for our customers
When Jazett answers calls or chats for a business customer, that business remains responsible for its own customers' information. We process it only to provide the service, according to its instructions.
Call recording is off by default. If a customer turns it on, callers are told at the start of the call.
Service providers and hosting
We rely on established providers for hosting, telephony, email delivery and payments. Some may process data outside Quebec. Before any personal information leaves Quebec, we assess the privacy factors and protect the transfer by contract, as Law 25 requires.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then destroy or anonymize it. Demo requests are kept for at most 24 months.
We apply reasonable security measures: encrypted connections, role-based access and logging. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, and you can file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Write to guillaume@triacom.ca. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
